I had a great experience with duCHATEAU! Specifically, with Sergio and Myles. While looking for an apartment, I came across one that I really liked, which this agency was promoting. This agency made the whole process really smooth and seamless. I met the agent Sergio during the inspection, and he was very professional and attentive (and very friendly as well), responding to all my doubts. He would let you know really fast the outcome, and follow up with you on any updates.

They also go one step further and provide guidance around utilities, and even connect with a company to pay for any service (electricity/internet).

Signing the contract digitally was so convenient, and also picking up the keys and final paperwork.

I definitely recommend this agency to find a place to rent!
